1. Introduction & Acceptance

Welcome to Anuvad. By accessing our website, purchasing our services, or using our Verification Portal, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between You (“Client”) and Anuvad (“Service Provider”).

2. Scope of Services

Anuvad provides linguistic and strategic business solutions, including but not limited to:

  • Official Language Services: Document Translation, Certified Translation (Digital Twin), and Forensic Transcription.
  • Business Growth Solutions: Pitch Deck Design, Brand Strategy, and Strategic Content Writing.

Important Disclaimer: We are not a law firm, and our services do not constitute legal advice. While we strive for absolute accuracy, our translations and consulting documents are for informational and official submission purposes only.

3. Certified Translations & “Digital Twin” Policy

  • Digital-First Delivery: We provide Digitally Verifiable PDF documents. We do not provide physical hard copies or courier services unless explicitly agreed upon in a separate written contract.
  • Verification Portal: Our “Digital Twin” system allows third parties to verify the authenticity of a document via QR Code. The digital record stored on our server is the sole Source of Truth. If a physical printout differs from the digital record, the physical copy is deemed invalid.
  • Acceptance Guarantee: While our formats are widely accepted (USCIS, UKVI, Banks), we do not guarantee acceptance by every single authority worldwide. It is the Client’s responsibility to verify the specific requirements of the receiving authority before ordering. We do not offer refunds for rejection based on format preference (e.g., if an authority insists on a wet-ink original sent by post).

4. Client Obligations & Warranties

By submitting documents to us, you warrant that:

  1. Ownership: You own the copyright or have the legal right to translate/transcribe the source material.
  2. Accuracy: The source material provided is legible and authentic. We are not responsible for errors arising from poor-quality scans or illegible handwriting.
  3. Legal Use: You will not use our services to create forged documents, falsify evidence, or commit fraud. We reserve the right to report suspicious activity to legal authorities.

5. Payment & Refund Policy

  • Payment Terms:
    • Orders under ₹20,000: 100% Advance.
    • Orders over ₹20,000: 50% Advance, 50% before final delivery.
  • Refunds:
    • Translation/Content: Once work has commenced, no refunds will be issued.
    • Revisions: We offer 7 days of free revisions for factual errors (e.g., spelling names, dates). Stylistic preference changes (e.g., “I prefer this synonym”) are not considered errors.
    • Cancellations: Orders can only be cancelled within 1 hour of payment.

6. Intellectual Property (IP) Rights

  • Client IP: You retain full ownership of your source documents and confidential business data (e.g., Pitch Deck financials).
  • Deliverable IP: Upon full payment, the final translated document, transcript, or design file becomes your property.
  • Anuvad IP: We retain ownership of our proprietary methodologies, templates, “Digital Twin” technology, and Verification System code.

7. Confidentiality & Non-Disclosure

We adhere to strict confidentiality protocols.

  • We will not disclose your Confidential Information to any third party without your consent, except as required by law.
  • “Confidential Information” includes your source documents, financial data, and strategic plans.
  • It does not include information that is already public (e.g., a published court judgment).

8. Limitation of Liability & Indemnity

  • No Liability for Consequential Damages: Anuvad shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services (e.g., visa rejection, loss of business contract, missed court deadline). Our total liability is strictly limited to the amount paid for the specific service.
  • Indemnification: You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Anuvad, its employees, and affiliates from any claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from:
    1. Your violation of these Terms.
    2. Your violation of any third-party right, including copyright or privacy.
    3. Any claim that your source material caused damage to a third party.
    4. The misuse of our certified documents for fraudulent purposes.

9. Dispute Resolution

  • Governing Law: These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India.
  • Jurisdiction: Any disputes arising out of these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
