Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Overview

At Anuvad, we strive to deliver the highest quality linguistic and strategic solutions. Due to the custom, service-based nature of our work (Translation, Transcription, Strategy Consulting), our refund policy differs from traditional e-commerce goods.

 

2. Cancellation Policy

  • Before Work Begins: You may cancel your order within 1 hour of making the payment for a full refund, provided our team has not already started the translation or drafting process.

  • After Work Begins: Once our linguists or consultants have commenced work on your project, cancellations are not accepted, and the full fee is applicable. This is to compensate our professionals for their booked time and effort.

3. Refund Policy

  • General Services: We generally do not offer refunds once a service has been delivered. If you are unsatisfied with the quality, we offer a robust revision policy (see Section 4).

  • Non-Delivery: In the unlikely event that we fail to deliver your project by the agreed deadline (and fail to notify you of a reasonable delay), you are entitled to a partial or full refund based on the severity of the delay.

  • Rejection of Certified Translations: If a certified translation provided by us is rejected by a valid authority (USCIS, UKVI, Court) due to a translation error or format non-compliance on our part, we will:

    1. Correction: Prioritize fixing and re-issuing the document at no cost.

    2. Refund: If a correction is not possible or the deadline is missed due to our error, we will issue a 100% refund.

    • Note: We are not responsible for rejections caused by the client providing illegible source files or incorrect requirements.

4. Revision Policy

We stand by our quality. We offer 7 Days of Free Revisions from the date of final delivery.

  • Covered: Factual errors (spelling names, dates, numbers), missing text, or grammatical errors.

  • Not Covered: Preferential changes (e.g., “I prefer the word ‘firm’ instead of ‘company'”) or new requirements added after the project started.
